Emmanuel holds a Professional Certification in Career Analysis and Counselling from Edumilestones – India; Bachelor of Business Administration - The Copperbelt University, Zambia; Diploma in Performance Auditing, AFROSAI – Tanzania; Public Management – University of Pretoria, South Africa; Public Policy Management – Howard University, Washington D.C, USA; Sustainable Development Goals Auditing – Level I at the International Centre For Environmental Audit and Sustainable Development (iced) in Jaipur, India and Level II at Nanjing University, China. He is a 2017 Mandela Washington Fellow, trained by the U.S.A Government in Leadership Development.

In the Corporate World, Emmanuel has worked as a State Performance, Sustainable Developments Goals & Environmental Auditor for the Supreme Audit Institution of Zambia – Office of the Auditor General where he has interacted with various Government Officials in different Ministries, Private Sector and Civil Society Leaders.

Furthermore, Emmanuel has represented Office of the Auditor General at High Level Meetings at the United Nations Headquarters in New York, USA and the International Congress of Supreme Audit Institutions in Moscow, Russia.

He is also an Advisory Board Member for USAID Youth Lead Activity created to train, mentor and place outstanding young people into internship and leadership development programmes across Zambia.

Emmanuel has also undertaken a Professional Practicum sponsored by the U.S Government with Counterpart International to design and launch a project on Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative in Zambia.

Emmanuel is now on a mission to launching effective career guidance and counselling services in Zambia using a Technology Platform that uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) based Career Assessment to inspire pupils, students and professionals find happiness and success through their education and career.
